Gold line CPU fan

Is the Gold line CPU fan proprietary? Or is it a standard old style PC Tower fan? Has anyone replaced one?.

It’s been awhile….but pretty sure I replaced with generic. The quick connect was different I believe. There’s also a heater attached to the fan

The fan is a NMB MAT3115PS-12T-B30 there pretty easy to find online, they cost about $20.
