It seems to me ....what is going on is to some extent is the same mindset of passing safety laws before it is within the manufacturing community's expertise & reasonable cost etc. Once those laws are passed then if lesser quality people are in a position of authority all kinds of unintended results can occur. I have been told that the USA is still the best but there is still unnecessary fear even here.
