gift cards

we are owner/operators of 2 / 4 auto-self service with attached unbranded convenience store with gas. we are interested in creating a gift cards that we can sale to customers, other businesses, etc. we have wash select 2 auto cashiers with credit card, paper tokens, etc so car wash gift cards are no problem. we would like to be able to offer gift cards for use at the convenience store for gas or inside sales. it could be as simple as a paper token with our name, amount, store address, etc. biggest obstacle is creating something that cant be replicated by the gift reciepient, purchaser or my employees. any thoughts? thanks in advance.

I create my own coupons with a unique code and put it in a sealed envelope so the code cannot be read. The outside of the envelop shows the content.
