I have a Laserwash 360 with a HTCK4050S General pump. It is leaking water out of the bottom of the pump. Does anyone have an experience rebuilding them or is it better to replace completely?
They're rebuildable without much difficulty. The only specialty tool you'll need is a good snap ring pliers. It'll cost you about $300 in parts to rebuild, $3000 to replace it.
Check the oil to see if it's milky - if it is, replace the plunger seals and check the plungers for cracks.
