Gantry goes past end of tract flag

When you run a wheel test the gantry passes the end of tract prox, and hits the stops and times out because the wheels have run too long, but when you run the gantry manually it stops at the end of tract flag. Any ideas.

Check adjustment on end of track proxy, if this does not work replace proxy.

and if that doesn't work replace the cable
