Full Service Wash Question

Hi All,
Looking for some advice. Recently took over an existing car wash that does a hefty volume. For a full service experience (vacuum on the front end) how long should the finishing process (drying, and interior wipe) take? We seem to have cars stacking up?

Time is one aspect, but cars backing up is also a function of how many finishing stations (3, 4 etc.)you have after the car leaves the conveyor. Hard to put a time in this without knowing exactly what is included - tire shine, interior glass, any quick wax/ sealant etc.
