I just took over a wash and got quoted 2500 plus s and h for a rebuilt, any tricks to getting it unfrozen. Im guessing its froze because it was left open all summer and never cycled. At this point im probaly going to be stuck buying so im not scared to try something on the old one.

Just order the carriage…..prob all you need. It’s been a bit….but I don’t think I paid anywhere near that. Call airlift and get part number. If you need a place to order….. I order through my Cinn distributor, BUSHELMAN 513-771-9121 ask for Lance. They drop ship.
….sounds like u r being priced on the carriage and the cylinder,,…that can get pricey especially with freight. Also make sure and squirt air tool oil in the air lines and lube carriage as required
