Freestyler Carriage Jam

Keep getting carr jam at the rear of the car after the first pass of soap. Will wash fine then randomly does it again. I can see entrance and exit inputs and the count prox when moving. Ideas?
 
When you program washes make sure you get them in the correct sequence. Finally saw it was happening on just one middle wash that’s not used as often. 🙄
