Don't be modest; give yourself the praise you deserve. If there are mistakes you've made and you need to address them, then list what you've learned from those mistakes you're hung up on.

When you're done, put the list somewhere safe away from others. Don't share it with anyone else; it's your own private list.

Remember: what you focus on is what gets created.
