foam brush and spot free problem at the same time

a few days ago someone came up to me at my carwash and told me they were in bay#2 and as they were spaying spot free water on there car the soap was coming out of the foam brush. well sure enought i turned on spot free and spot free and foam brush both work at the same time. i turned to foam brush and same thing they both came on. all the other functions work fine. i found another switch in my pump room and changed it out today but it still does the samething, so i dont think its the switch.
has anyone out there every come across this.

The power must be jumping between the SF and FB connections somewhere in the system. Check where the faceplate plugs into the meter box and also in the control box in the equipment room. All it takes is one stray wire to make the power jump over to another function.
It would also help pinpoint the problem area if we knew what brand of equipment you have.
