Floor Heat - Boiler Recommendation 4 bay - Moving away from Weil Mcclain multi source

I have a 30 year old weil McClain oiler that is zoned - (4) zones one zone is dedicated to the floor heat -

Currently 4 bay 3 ss and 1 IBA are covered by the floor heat - I think it might be best to take the floor heat zone off of the boiler and control this a independently -

Has anyone done this in the past / have a recommendation for a boiler that might be compact enough to handle (4) bays - I am thiking this is the best move here - but would appreciate any and all feedback -

Is this old Weil McClain boiler 80% efficiency with a single pump/single zone for the whole wash? If you go to a new 99% efficient the installer will switch to a short primary loop for the boiler and then the zones (secondary loops) will pull off of the primary loop with a separate pump for each zone.
Depending on your current tubing layout this may be very simple but it may be impossible. Do you have the original tubing layout map? I laminate mine and store it in a PCV pipe.
If your IBA is on can be isolated frozen the SS bays and aprons you’ll be in good shape.

You’ll be saving an insane amount of money by switching from 80% efficient to 99%. You’ll wish you did this years ago.

Be sure that your installer installs the outdoor reset thermometer. Any competent technician will do it but there are a lot of incompetent guys out there.

Also, programming the controller on the boiler for a Carwash will be very different than a regular residential radiant system. I had an argument with tech support at the boiler manufacturer when I was setting up my system.

I use HTP boilers but you should use something that the local plumbing/HVAC supply house is familiar with so that you can get parts.
