Just in case U run into same issue.
Manager calls and says tire Shine Flo Jet keeps running. (Luv trying to diagnose by Phone) I figure it's by passing and he should change it.
Puts in new pump, same problem. He guesses stuck open Valve / switch - I ask if product is running out all over? No!. Then not a stuck valve. Have him Check line for leaks... No. Tell him it's possible we got 2 bad pumps, change again. Same problem. Tell him to pull of hose from exit side of pump to see if it's pumping.
While doing this he notes it does not seem to be sucking. Finds clogged / stuck foot valve.
