Has anyone found a good multi-plane swivel for foam brush hose to handle?

Don't know what multi-plane swivels are, but these are great:

They last for years, they swivel super-smooth and easy, they're rebuildable (I don't rebuild them for what little they cost), and I've never had one break-away.

We mount our foam brush handles horizontal and use a KL 3/8"M x F Brass High Pressure ball bearing Swivel #SWV500 on the foam brush handle and a 90 L off the swivel. This takes the stress off the hose when it’s hanging.

I use these with a 45° street elbow like MEP suggested. Works great and the swivels are going on 14+ months.

Multi-plane are like what is on a gas pump handle, it swivels through multiple planes of angle. Kind of like two swivels in one.
