I am looking at a few poorly run self serve car wash sites for sale. What can I expect to bring in gross per bay after they are cleaned up and I add credit card, bill exceptors, and a decent amount of features. Very little competition in area. In Connecticut.

Thanks

There are so many possible variables that it's impossible to answer that question.

Self-serve has plenty of competition even if only one exterior express is around. Is one of these around?

Poorly run usually implies the wash didn’t make enough money for the owner to stay interested.

Over one-half of Conn. associates with NYC. This means affluent, high property costs and high incomes which is not target market for self-serve.

Even with acceptors and features, I wouldn’t expect more than $1,200 per bay.

If there is no in-bay, maybe consider pay-one-price, wash all you want.
