Etowah valley credit card readers and blue pay

For those of you using Etowah valley credit card readers has anybody tried to use a different credit card provider than blue pay, or bank card that the system is set up to run with? My selfserve credit card sales are probably 1/8 of my automatic credit card sales but my self serve credit card bill is almost as much as my automatic. I think these can be set up under other providers but I believe it would be a real PITA and probably wouldn't get much support from Etowah Valley.
