I currently am not but like the quote I received. Tired of the inability to perform from the big names in the industry.
 
Ken I liked what I saw too.
What systen do you use now?
Gated or not?
I'm thinking of going from greeter/cashier to pay stations/gates.
 
I've been a customer of ICS for many years. We have 2 gates and 2 pay stations. I do like some of the items from ICS but I do think they continue to miss the boat on what really matters to me as an operator and others too. If I was building another location today I would most likely NOT use ICS based on the previous 10 years experience. That being said, I like Hamilton's pay station, Compuwash, would consider DRB and now Egenuity as well.
