DS 5000 Side spinners

Does anyone have any idea why side spinners will not turn on one side of gantry on high pressure moving from front to rear? They spin on high pressure moving forward but will not spin on high pressure moving to rear of vehicle. There are three swivels I believe. I am totally perplexed........

The spinners are connected directly to the main shaft via belts, so there's nothing beyond that which controls when they spin. Something is slipping, either the belts on the pulleys or the pulleys on the shafts.

Thanks MEP, apparently it was one of the links was crooked on the link belt?
