Drying Agent Problems

I am trying out a Drying Agent from JOBE called SO DRI. They claim dilution ratios up to 1500:1. I cannot make it work. I am running it thru a hydrominder and have tried many different tips and wasted a lot of product doing so but no luck. Anybody have luck with this stuff? The claims are super but does it work?

I am not familiar with So Dri but the problem may not be the product. What pH are the products you are using in your wash process? It is best if the surface is either close to neutral or slightly acidic for drying agents to work best. If you are using all alkaline products you need to either switch one to a low pH product, increase your fresh water rinse or use a slightly stronger dilution on the drying agent. If you are applying a tri-foam you might also switch to low pH conditioners as well. Be careful with the drying agent. It is the only product that has a "window". If you use too little or too much it will not work.

Out of curiosity, where is the salesman here? If the person selling it can't talk you through it, send it back. I get really tired of people selling things that they don't know anything about.

Mac, I am not positive but I think Jobe sells direct in most cases so the only support that might be available would be through their office.
