Dryer times

We have ours set at 60sec, we noticed most customers leave halfway thru the drying process, few use the full 60sec. No timer on current IBA just a sign that says EXIT SLOWLY 60SEC DRYER. Our LW4000 will be installed later on this month and we're adding a timer at exit, I am reducing the drying time to 45sec and hopefully no one will complain

Wow 60 secs is killing your throughput!! I have been 35 secs from the start and only a couple complaints in 3 years. Most people blast right through it then complain the cars not dry!! We try to recommend to people to towel dry their car in a touchless automatic.

I am at 60 seconds. Some people do half and pull off. Few pull out half way and back up into the bay again which freaks me out a little because I'm paranoid that they will back into one of my machines. I still can't believe how some people passed their drivers license test. For the ones that do leave early the dryer will shut off as soon as they exit. I had one customer say I should allow more time and I educated him the reason why 60 seconds is long enough. Such as the water droplets won't leave spots bc of the spotfree water and that you are not going to get towel dry quality with a touchless dryer no matter how much time and how many blowers you have and still make money on a IBA.

I would stick with 60 seconds. I've seen others at 90 seconds smh
