Has anyone ever experienced the teller screen not displaying? I believe after it's daily early am scheduled reboot, this morning upon my arrival there wasn't anything on the screen and once I turned off the power and then back on it rebooted and all is back to normal fortunately, but of course I wonder what caused the issue to avoid it happening again. It's only 4 months old.

We just got the Portal TI worked good for 5 days then the screen went black. The tech said it was the power supply. Still waiting on parts we have been down for 4 days and counting. Then they tell us today that it was struck by lightning and not covered by warranty. Strange because there was no storms when it went down. Good luck with this machine. Not happy so far
