Our DRB TunnelWatch application does not seem to be activating the changes that are edited in, after I make changes, it asks me if I want to save changes, and I of course press save changes.
The application is from 1999, and it was working just fine last winter, but now it doesn’t seem to register the changes on the MCC. The changes are saved on the computer but the MCC doesn’t seem to receive the changes. What can I do?
The MCC lights are showing that data is “Received” but it is not putting forth the changes.
