Saturday Noon Chain Breaks and tears out the pulse switch. Repair chain, and switch to simulated Pulse. Keypad error message "Conveyor not enabled" .
Check all low oil and start / stop interlocks. All appear good. No Luck, same problem. Reboot system. No luck. Have a tech guy meet me at 7:30 am Sunday. Re check everything. No Luck. Call DRB hot line. Have to sign up for support. $500.00 for month or $1700 for year. I say Ok, take my CC #. No he has to fax me a form to fill out. Fax machine jams twice. Third try it works. Send back form. Has me go thru several steps. Finaly notice one side of Interface panel appears dead. Notice a small one inch fuse, on that side. It's blown. Spare laying in Box. Replace .
Open at 9:00.
So, if you get that error message look for all fuses. Have spares on had.
