As you all know, I know squat about this but Thank you to all here I am learning very quickly.

On my laser wash 4000 there are 5 "solenoid/injectors"? (forgive me if I mess up the terminology),, attached to a "manifold" from top to bottom the product that is going through them is as follows.

#1) Banish Presoak
#2) High Pressure Detergant
#3) Banish Presoak
#4) Endurance Protectant
#5) Endurance Protectant

Is that a correct configuration? Do these things fire 1-5 in that order?

If more info is needed i will do my best to provide it.

Thanks in advance

Jon

They fire according to how each wash is programmed...'80 enter' gets you into the wash programming section in the lasermind.

This is how mine are setup:

#1 presoak 1
#2 clear coat polish (low pressure)
#3 presoak 2
#4 clear coat protectant (high pressure)
#5 rust inhibitor or some use detergent here (high pressure)

some machines have the wheel cleaner option...more headache than it's worth.

So Far

I have figured this out so far doing the the 100 enter 10, 11, 12 tests

test 10, LP soap Titrations: #1 fires, product=presoak
test 11, HP soap/low soap 2 Titrations : # 3 fires, product=presoak (only the solution pump runs during this test?)
test 12, LP Wax: #2 fires, Product=Protectant (i changed that from original post.)

I cannot figure out how to test # 4 and 5 any ideas?

Thanks

Jon

There is no "quick" command to turn those ones one. You must turn the HP pump on and turn on the output for the solenoid. Now, generally these will also use water saver, so if you have that option, you would probably want to turn that output on as well.
