Does anyone repair regulators?

Wondering if anyone repairs regulators or you just toss them into the scrap metal bin? At $145 each it is sad to toss a leaking regulator but guess it is the cost of doing business. Talking about the ones on a Razor.

I didn't know the answer but the bad ones I have looked at appear corroded. We have a refrigerated air dryer now hoping downstream pneumatic parts last longer.
