Have had an issue with the Laserwash 4000 docking dryer lately. The dryer only travels not quite to the rear of the vehicle. Leaves a couple feet not dried. Techs, PDQ, etc have any idea why this is happening. Y41 & 40 seem to be operating fine. The only thing that will change the distance it travels is if the rear eyes are covered, then it comes all the way back. It was suggested that I do a cold start which doesn't make sense to me. Any ideas would be appreciated.
