Dilling Harris "coins too close" error

I've got a DH Vend Master that won't accept any coins. Comes up with an error of "coins too close?" Googled that and nothing came up. Was gonna call DH for tech support but they don't post a number. Anyone have any idea what I should look for or any direction I should go? Thanks in advance.
