Developed new board to interface wash select II with new Monex reader

This was developed over the last few months to be able to add a reader with chip and tap as well as swipe to my existing car wash kiosk.
1. The firmware can be remotely updated and price changes done remotely.
2. Board has the ability to reboot reader if it’s out of sync with the board.
3. It logs all activity including sales on to a google sheet of your choosing.
4. It can send a push notification if the wash goes down without the need for a subscription. App can be purchased for $5.
5. Reader and board communicates through physical Ethernet cable required at kiosk eliminating the need to pay wireless carrier monthly fees.

Please reach out to me if you are interested or have any questions or suggestions.

The board is still a prototype. I have it installed at my wash select 2 kiosk as the video shows. I have to finalize the design of the board but the software is finalized. Please call me on 512 677 5816 for more details.

this is a solution to the exact issue ive been having! wash select 2 with no tap to pay and many options are no appealing.

Since Unitec / DRB no longer supports WSII would it not be better to replace it with something else. Like a gold line where you can still purchase new parts.

Its complicated, I've own Hamilton commander units and washify X pay stations and it seems any modern option will add at best a small amount of instability vs the old goldmines and wash selects. Plus the cost is 40kish for a kiosk, plus assessories etc. The site I have with a wash select 2 won't support that cost easily. I love the new stuff for tunnels but not for an unattended self serve. Plus this guy clearly has some skill to keep more money is his pocket so why not?

I'm sure there will be secondary market parts available for some time to come still. If a modern credit card system can be added with an add on card like this, WSII should still be usable for many years by operators with basic autocashier needs.

You really should look at the Hamilton Gold Line. It definitely meets the small IBA with features and pricing. Just my opion.
This is the godline that's been around for awhile right? I've owned 3 and I agree! But aren't they not in manufacturer anymore? They have the new HTK series, which I've had 2 of and like the but some of the new tech adds instability.
