Designing custom meter box/faceplate

I know Etowah Valley Equipment makes a large variety of meter box doors. I would start with them. If you want a custom overlay(which can really set your wash apart) local sign shops should be able to do that if you can give them the template for the door.
We recently upgraded a 30 year old wash with Etowah Valley coinboxes. We designed our own decals, signage, etc.
If you are going to the expense of customizing your faceplates, I would highly recommend protecting the finish. Luxury car dealers offer an option to protect the hood and bumpers using a clear plastic that protects the finish from rock chips. I applied it to the replacement decal on my $150 WSII and it is still perfect. See if they'll sell you a piece.
