Dema Valve on WW 1.0 Boom Arm

Does anyone know the model number for the dema valve in the boom arm? My label is corroded and JC parts never called me back. I want to replace or rebuild.

I have a 2.0 - is this the valve that lets the water drain out of the lines after rinseing is done? On the driver side? I will look at mine in the morning to see if the tag is still on it. If so I will get back to you.

Yes, that's the one. I am assuming it will be the same on 1.0 as the 2.0. Thanks for your help. Check in here first before you go to all the trouble of removing the cover. Maybe someone knows or has replaced one recently and will report back by tomorrow!

The dema on both of my WW's do not have the metal tag on them. But they both have a sticker on the end of the coil that says: Dema 41.9.2.3 24v 50/60 hz. I have spare coils with that same number sticker on them and they are for Dema 453 & 454 solenoids. I believe the only difference between the 453 & 454 is the size of the port. And the coils are available in several different voltages. Are you looking for just the coil or the entire valve? You can buy rebuild kits for the both of those valves. I hope this helps.

I bought a two rebuild kits for a 454. When I pulled the valve apart. The rebuild parts did not look the same and did not fit. Maybe I should order the 453 kits?

that's what I would do since the 453 has smaller parts it makes sense that the 454 parts for the valve would be a different size.

FYI Talked to Al at JCC yesterday. He said it is 453 on the blow down in boom arm. 454's on high pressure boom arm and side oscillating and 458's on rocker panel.
