D&S Super 5000

Has anyone ever rebuilt the hydraulic drive motors on there Super. I have always just replaced mine. I didn't know if it was worth rebuilding or not? Or if they lasted very long after a rebuild.

My distributor was in today and I asked him the question you posted. He said don't try it. The cost is almost as much as buying a new one and that the rebuild will not last. I think he said the seals around the shaft getting corroded and wear out faster.
