D&S Super 5000 help please

On each level wash the system sprays soap on just before the dryer begins leaving tons of soap on the vehicle. I have replaced the soap dema, but that did not resolve the problem.

Any suggestions?

Since it is winter, could your machines be purging the presoak lines just as the dryer begins to make its pass?
