D&S I5000 problem

I have about a 12 year old i5000 and I'm having an intermittent issue with. Every few days I will get a phone call that a customer paid with credit card, it takes the payment but does not trigger wash. I have a Hamilton Goldline auto cashier also. It does not do this all the time. I was there today and it happened. It said thank you for your purchase but lights didn't change or treadle pop up. I had to turn on manually for customer. Anyone every have this happen? Not sure where to start. Thanks in advance.

My I5000 was doing odd things as well. My computer went out or was going. New unit and it works great again. Not sure if that is your issue but tech support might be able to look at it.
