Crytopay and Hamilton Equipment

Does anyone have Cryptopay installed at a location along with other Hamilton equipment and use the same Worldpay account? I have a site with Hamilton Card acceptance in the self serve bays with Goldlines for the automatic bays and I am curious if I can run the self serve bay Hamilton cards on the same Worldpay account if I convert the Goldlines to Cryptopay. I also have a site with HTK’s, which Cryptopay is not an option from what I have seen, and considering converting the self serve bays to Cryptopay. Same question here, can they use the same Worldpay account?

We do not use Worldpay currently at these sites so I am confused if this is do-able or not. Ultimately I don’t want to have two different credit card processors, merchant accounts, etc.. for one location.

Yes you can do this. I converted one location for SS bays last year and added the hamilton automatics 2 months ago onto the same world pay account. ON the second location I did the automatics to cryptopay last month and will add the SS bays later this month. The third location will all be done at once.

Thank you for sharing! I have 3-4 world pay accounts for each of my washes. Ive had to to the PCI compliance more times than I can think last few months. The absolute worst process ever with the stupidest questions.

So you had one Worldpay account per location the entire time with both Hamilton and crytopay operating on the same account?

I hade World pay setup for SS bays and Hamiltons processor for the automatics. WHen I updated the Hamiltons to Crypto pay all I had to do was add them onto the existing Crypto pay cooridinator.

Right but you didn’t have the Hamilton’s on worldpay when they were not using the Cryptopay retrofit. I am trying to determine if I can use worldpay as a processor for the Hamilton equipment without Cryptopay. I think if you have any of the Hamilton mag strip type card readers, you cannot use Worldpay.
