Crypto Tap Plus Configuration On a Wash Select II

Just installed Crypto Tap Plus on my Wash Select II. I was able to get power to the Tap Plus. Taped a card to activate the wash. The Tap turned green as if accepting the card. The wash did not activate. It just asked for payment in the instruction window. The card was not charged for the wash. I do not have a cryptopay swiper or the old CC reader on the Wash Select II. I do have the tap Plus on all 6 SS bays and they are working flawlessly. I have Yellow and black wire giving power to the tap plus correctly and one red green wire going in the J9 coin three pin. Do I need to connect any of the other wires, or do I have it configured wrong on cryptopay site? Only configuration options are count up...count down...vend...or out of service. Tried both count up and vend and did not activate a wash.

Thanks! We connected the other red/green wire and had to have Cryptopay configure the Tap Plus with the Wash Select II on their end. Now to solve our Cash App acceptance on the Tap Plus issue. For some reason the Tap Plus accepts Cash App...charges the customer, but does not start SS bays. CryptoPay says they accept Cash App, but Cash App needs to be funded and not pull from their bank account. Had a customer show me his Cash App had plenty of money on it, but still did not make a transaction. Anyways...guess that is another thread. Thanks again for the help.
