Contract for RV storage

Hey guys,

I have a small 37 lot RV and Boat storage facility that came with the car wash I just purchased. Does anyone have a lease agreement that we could copy? The guy that owned it before me wrote his own and it just doesn't seem like a great idea to use his to me.
