My bays are constantly weeping even in summer, which is wasting tons of water. I have a weep mizer, but don't believe that is problem, as it is not turning on for the bays to weep. Could it be a solenoid not turning off or something else? Thanks for your help.

Is it constant in all bays, or constant in just one or some bays, or does it come on at random? It might be bad rinse solenoids, or a bad weep check valve on one of your pumps.

What kind of equipment do you have? Do you have float tanks or is your system city pressure fed? If you have float tanks and they are higher than the wand tips in the bays, they will syphon feed without a syphon break or some sort of CV in the HP line. Knowing what kind of system you have will help determine your problem.

Do you have a shutoff valve to the weep system? If you have one, that could eliminate one source.

Make sure the water to your Weep system is turned off. If you have a weep shut off valve on each pump check the check valve to see if it’s leaking by. If you have a solenoid valve on each of the pumps, check that they close completely.

One bay weeping all the time is a rinse solenoid, either bad or has debris in it. The rest weeping intermittently is a bad weep check valve on one or more pumps - when the weep check valve leaks by, it comes out the other bays through the weep system.

On the super saver, the rinse solenoids are down at ankle level under the high pressure pumps. You will see several chrome plated solenoids in a row. One or two of them will have little brass tees with plastic tubing branching off. These are your weep solenoids. Those plastic lines will lead to the pump. At the pump there is a tiny ball valve. You can turn them off there and see if it is a weep issue. If the water continues to flow it is more likely a rinse solenoid. The other solenoids down there at ankle level are your rinse solenoids. they can be disassembled but you must turn the cold water supply off to the pump unit. Coleman does not put a shut off valve in front of this manifold.

If the other bays are intermittent, it is likely a bad weep check valve in one or more bays. Run the high pressure in the bays one bay at a time, and observe the other bays to see if the flow starts. If it does, test and replace the check valve on the bay that the pump is running on. It is located at the pump ( the 1/4" poly line is connected to it).

Is it just dripping in all the bays or a stream like when weep turns on? Its common on the Coleman pump stand some continuous dripping. If the water tanks are higher then your spray guns it can siphon water continuously. Turn your weep water supply off, if they still drip you will need to put a check valve on each bay at its highest point to break the siphon. There are threads on here with detailed instructions on what to do.
