coleman combo vac

Does anyone know how someone would be turning on a frag/vac. This is the second time that I drove up to wash and found vac running with 98 minutes on it. It has timer ct2040 on it. I changed the code from factory settings. The vac has a Slugbuster II on it. Talked with coleman and they have no idea. Talked with slugbuster and they have no idea. Talked with b&c and they have no idea.
CAN ANYONE HELP?

Wendy Coleman has never heard of any problem EVER. This is a first.LOL I have found the same thing on fragrance and Vacuums. I know it is not someone but some kind of an electrical issue that makes the timer go haywire. I have cameras and nobody was by the vac. One time a good customer was by the vac and the fragrance just started spraying and he called me. I just turn it off and hope for the best.
