I have a MAG 50 Validator that every now and then gets dollar bill stuck...When I check it/ the bill that gets hung up, look like an accordian(rippled) and is stuck in between the validator and the bill holder.

Sounds like it needs to be serviced. How long has it been since it was serviced? I had one in last week that looked great until we opened it up and the belts were cracked and dry rotted.

Randy is probably right that it needs to be serviced. On top of not being secure those validators don't seem to be very durable. Send it in for service, or better yet, don't throw good money after bad and use this as an opportunity to upgrade to Mars.
