Coinco Vantage bill validator

I found one of my Coinco vantage bill acceptors out of service yesterday. Normally a power cycle will clear it out and get it going again, but not this time. I found a bill stuck in the validator and removed it, but still can't get it to work. When you apply power, it goes through the self test, then just begins to chatter. I tore it apart and cleaned all the lint and small pieces of paper stuck in the wheels and gears, but still just get the chattering sound. Any tips or tricks before I box it up and send it in for repair?

Box it up. It probably needs to updated for the new bills anyway.
