cleaning the fiberglass covers

I can't get the film off the fiberglass covers on my LW4000. Muratic acid did the trick in the past, but we aren't having much success with that anymore, and I hate the toxicity. I guess I could sand the film off. The gel coat looks great if I can get the spot clean. I'm a lazy on the hard hand rubbing and looking for something a bit easier. Any ideas?

Klean Wall will do it. It's not nearly as harsh as muriatic acid.

+1, kleen wall. I use it once/year on my frp, works great. Does not contain HF.
