cleaning boat vinyl

Trying to clean my boat vinyl. It is Light grey almost white. But has spots on it that it has blackish smudges from suntan lotion. Have tried light soap but no luck. Any ideas?

On vinyl I use a nice general purpose cleaner. I cut mine w/water, so try varying strengths. Use a stiff scrub brush and you should do fine.

^Same thing, but I've found that our aerosol all purpose cleaner works really well also.
