Hello, I have a ChoiceWash XT by Mark7. Lately, the machine doesn’t stop at the rear of each vehicle as it supposed to but instead it keeps going all the way to the end of the rail and keep spraying water and chemical to the bare floor.
Does anyone know what problems cause it not to stop at the end of each vehicle? Please help. Thanks

I don't have experience with one but most automatics have an electric eye that measures the length of the car. Sounds like yours is possibly bad.

Yes. My machine sizes the rear of the car with an ultrasonic sensor. When mine acts weird I can re-teach the ultrasonic. What does it say in your manual about this error?

I’ve got the touchless gt700. Sounds like the eye beam on the gantry is the issue. My machine has several eyes....in my case it’s the one that angels high to low on the machine....and I’ll almost bet the eyes are fine and just very loose in the bracket....let us know..
