I believe the char-lynn model is a 101-1001-009
if its leaking oil but working I had found seal and repair kits for short money.

see the link in the post below, they are a longstanding car wash supplier and operator I know they'll have better understanding of the parts you need.

didn't even realize you were the original poster, MY bad.
they use the 1001-101-009 motors and you already seem to carry the seals. you should be all set.
