Changing vacuum hoses

How often do you change your vacuum hoses?
I only change them when their torn but with the KR chemical deal and free freight I bought 8 extra hoses. Man what a difference.

Not as often as I should - usually they get changed when Jamie says they look bad & I should change them!

Wow, you have me thinking. I might have only changed two hoses on six vacs in almost 8 years. They almost always work perfect, never break, and really don't look all that bad. Not like most things at a car wash. Maybe I should rethink this!
