Changing soaps?

Just curious on the current soap market! I currently use blendco products in 3IBAs and havent done much research on other soap markets (warsaw, jbs, etc) just wondering if there is anything new out there that may clean as well but help out the margin of profit area. it seems that soap prices change with the gas prices but keep changing long after the gas prices stablize...lmk if you can

I think almost all of the chemical companies have raised prices more this year than most others. Like many other manufacturers, the dramatic increase in the cost of petroleum products has created a situation where increases were necessary to maintain profitability. It never hurts to check on what's out there but I would make sure you do not compromise wash quality to save money. In the long run that costs more than any savings you may achieve.

Since you have three locations, try negotiating a better rate from your current supplier. I sell Blendco, and they offer free shipping on larger orders. Sometimes the dealer can discount larger orders since all he has to do is phone it in.
