changer issue

I have a Rowe bc-2800 with a Capital Vending kit to switch to Mars. One side has begun accepting the bills but veding nothing. If I unplug it for a few minutes it works fine for a week or so but eventually messes up again. Any idea what may be going on?

Hmmm...did you call Capital Vending? They have always been very responsive when I've called.

I haven't yet because I was out of town but I will try today. I guess I was just sort of thinking of them as the "kit people" but I guess they are the ones to ask first.
