TSYS now does my merchant processing and just as Roger had told me, my costs are happily lower this month to the tune of about 22% on two-6 bay SS's. I have Washgear in the bays and an American Changer AC 2007 that dispenses tokens from a credit card. TSYS doesn't normally service the American Changer type but Roger arranged it. He even dropped my charges on Amex dramatically. His position with TSYS is Customer Advocate. He took care of every detail for me. My previous service was B of A and 5th3rd. 5th3rd was a bad experience.
