It is simple. The raw materials ( components, Labor, Insurance, Corp Profits , Government) are not economically available in the US.

I didn't see CBK at the show (I wasn't really looking for them), but there must have been five or six new IBAS with a similar back story. It's interesting to see their presence grow at the show. However, I have yet to see one out in the wild.
