One of the bolts that go through the ceramic plunger is bent on one of my pumps. I guess it loosened and then bent. It is fine thread and metric I assume (none of my sockets fit) but I'm not sure. Anybody know the size of that bolt so I can get another one?
Thanks
J

You should just order one from a Cat distributor. Check the plunger too as it may have been damaged. You'll want to replace the small seal on the bolt too.

Thanks I will.
Turns out KR has "pump breakdown sheet" on the website. I had never noticed it before.

Use a bit of blue lock tight on the threads. Pull the stainless bolts on the other two plungers and lock tight them also. torque at 55 inch pounds. over tightening will crack the plunger.
