Carpet Shampooer question

This is strange. I have no digital led display nor green light indicating unit is working properly. However when you put quarters in operations all work correctly including vacuum and carpet cleaner. Any idea what would cause this? Some kind of fuse or relay?

We have had a couple of Jim Coleman units ,that in the past the displays were bad ,but the units worked fine. I do not remember if the green lights were on or not. We sent them in for repair of the display. No big deal.

What kind of units do you have? maybe somebody with the same kind can weigh in.

The are the scrub and vac? 94050 model with combo vacuum and carpet cleaner.

The green light is probably just burned out. It's not controlled by the timer.
